We’ve supported Diamond Heaven for a number of years, from developing their website to executing their SEO strategy.
Your average Google of ‘diamond engagement ring’ will return in excess of 14m results, with many high street jewellers dominating online. Our challenge was to simply boost Diamond Heaven’s online presence through a multi-channel and multi-faceted approach.
This included increasing SEO rankings to drive traffic and revenue, analysing and implementing technical SEO fixes to ensure the user journey was smooth; lead nurturing through the use of targeted whitepapers and email marketing and finally regularly updating the blog.
Working closely with Diamond Heaven we devised a strategy that allowed Diamond Heaven to gain rankings for long tail terms with high conversion, whilst still tackling the broad terms such as ‘Engagement Rings’, which we’ve achieved a page one ranking for.
Lead nurturing campaigns were also part of the strategy and consist of the creation of a whitepaper and follow up targeted emails, to drive sales for custom, high end designs, which are not an impulse purchase. These emails have an average click through rate of 50%.
The results we’ve achieved for Diamond Heaven can not only be seen online, but through footfall in their stores.
In addition to this long tail terms dominate the first page of Google, with Diamond Heaven appearing for more than 2,500 keywords, including a page one ranking for ‘Engagement Rings’. This has led to an overall increase in Organic Traffic year on year up to 56% and a strong increase in Engagement Ring consultations, for high end bespoke designs.
