When you enquire or buy services from us, you will be asked to provide information and credit check of your company via the third party platform CreditSafe, so that we can complete your purchase. We collect: your name, business’s credit history, business name, phone number, the contact details of the relevant finance contact or department, email address, and payment information. We also collect through third party providers the current financial status of any company we will be entering an agreement with. Why: We use this information to complete your transaction and provide the services we offer. We will also inform you of the services you have signed up to on a weekly or monthly basis, so we can update you on the progression of the Digital Marketing services you have purchased. We will also use this information provided to resolve any issues related to the purchase of Ricemedia Products, and to keep you updated on the latest business and industry news; which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Please note, we do not store any payment or credit card information – your payments are submitted via the third party service Quickbooks, via an encrypted email or via direct debit using the third party platform GoCardless depending on the terms of the contract. Processing your personal data for this purpose is necessary for the performance of the agreement we have with you.Using Ricemedia Products
There are three main reasons we collect information from your Ricemedia Services: (1) to offer you Digital Marketing services of your choice (e.g. social media marketing or PPC) which is necessary for the performance of the agreement we have with you, (2) to offer you control over your Ricemedia Service which is necessary for the performance of the agreement we have with you, and (3) to make your Ricemedia Products better over time which is our legitimate interest. Functional Data: This data is absolutely necessary for Ricemedia to perform their basic services in a secure way and you will not be able to opt out from this data collection, sharing and/or processing if you want to continue to use your Ricemedia Services.
